On-line Appointment Requests
Making it easy for your customers to make an appointment is a small thing that's often
overlooked. Surprisingly, it can be a competitive advantage that your customers appreciate

Studies show that people browse at their leisure on social media sites and are more
willing to buy or take an action than at any other time they are on-line.
We offer on-line 'appointment request' tools to clients. These are links that can be added
to our clients website and social media pages
that enable thier customers to request appointments
on-line. These internet-based requests are aggregated and sent to our cloud-based servers. They
are then redirected to the clinic's email or web portal. It's an easy way for our clients to
become easier to reach.
Voice Connection is an industry leader in
automated phone reminders. We offer automated reminders using automated
(IVR-based) phone reminders, sms text reminders,
or email reminders. For large bulk reminders, we also offer to
send post card reminders or provide live-call reminders through our call center capabilities.
We have the engineering prowlness to work
closely with clients on customized solutions. It's possible to implement a cascading cost reminder
service. In this solution, we can send out reminders through the lowest cost media, such as email.
If the appointment is not confirmed through that media, we can then resend the reminder in the next higher
cost media, such as sms text messages. Likewise, if the appointment
is not confirmed through a sms text reply, we can then send an appointment reminder through the
customers next preferred
media: ie. phone, post card, or live call.
All of our messages can be highly customized according to the clients needs. The messages
can be sent in any language. Automated phone messages can be individualized and left in English
or Spanish. We use trained, professional, multi-lingual voice recorders to record audio files and
the client's preferred language.
iPad ® Surveys and Search Engine Optimation
iPad Survey Tool is an incredibly powerful service that captures the 'coolness' of the iPad.
As the patient checks out, they are asked to take a one-minute survey on the procedure they just

of patients take the survey at checkout if it is quick and on an iPad. The survey gathers the patient's email address;
identifies which practitioner performed the procedure; contains an overall 1-5 star rating; and has room for
several customizable questions. The survey results are then sent to the doctor/dentist that performed the
procedure as part of a quality assurance / continuing improvement effort.
As importantly, a customized
thank you email (based on the 1-5 star rating) is automatically sent to the patient's home email address.
These thank you email messages can also offer discounts on future treatments, incentives for referrals,
and requests to place a positive reviews at Google Map / Places. Google® includes Reviews from Google
Maps / Places in search optimization. A "large body of current reviews" is an effective form of search
engine optimization as well as a very practical, on-line marketing effort of your clinic's services.
